UTILITY SHAPES

Utility Shapes are those that are readily available and include nominal 8"x8"x16" units and 6"x8"x16" units with a embedded plate on one face and with embedded plates on both faces of the full block height and length.  Utility Shapes combined with other CMU may provide economical solutions for embedments in 10" and 12" walls. The utility shapes include:

SELECT SHAPES
Select Shapes consist of other nominal 6", 8" and 12" CMU with various embedments. All other thickness CMU with any embedments are select shapes.  While availability for all M/Bed blocks should be investigated, it is particularly important to investigate availability for select shapes.  Nominal 8" units show various select shapes.
