Test Report
Static Strength Pullout test measures the strength of the metal embedment component manufactured into and M/Bed concrete masonry unit to resist a pull out load. Values shown for single-face embedment components have the lowest pullout resistance.
| Unit | Minimum Strength | |
| 881E | 6,500 lbs | |
| 8161F | 10,250 lbs | |
| 8162F | 48,400 lbs |
Cyclic Fatigue Loading Test measures the strength of the embedment component to resist shear and movement when cyclical loads are applied directly to the surface platos of the plates. The test simulate the repeated loading which might be applied to an M/Bed block system from the attachment of a cantilevered bunk frame.
| Unit | Number of Cycles | Maximum Load Arm Displacement |
| 881F | 100,000 | .31 inches |
| 882F | 100,000 | .04 inches |
| Note: Loading sequence 0-400-0 lbs for 60,000 cycles and then 0-500-0 lbs for 40,000 cycles. | ||
